INFERGEN®

INFERGEN® (Interferon alfacon-1) is FDA approved for the treatment of chronic HCV infection in patients 18 years of age or older with compensated liver disease who have anti-HCV serum antibodies and/or the presence of HCV RNA. Other causes of hepatitis, such as viral hepatitis B or autoimmune hepatitis, should be ruled out prior to initiation of therapy with INFERGEN®. In some patients with chronic HCV infection, INFERGEN® normalizes serum ALT, reduces serum HCV RNA concentrations to undetectable quantities (< 100 copies/mL), and improves liver histology.

AMPHOTEC®/AMPHOCIL®
Amphotericin B Cholesteryl Sulfate Complex for Injection
50mg and 100mg vials
AMPHOTEC/AMPHOCIL® is an FDA approved lipid formulation of amphotericin B indicated for the treatment of invasive aspergillosis, a life threatening systemic fungal infection.
It is approved EX-U.S. as AMPHOCIL® and AMPHOTEC®.

RIBASPHERE®
(ribavirin, USP) CAPSULES
200 mg
RIBASPHERE® (Ribavirin capsules) is FDA approved in combination with INTRON A (interferon alfa-2b, recombinant) Injection for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C in patients 18 years of age and older with compensated liver disease previously untreated with alpha interferon and in patients 18 years of age and older who have relapsed following alpha interferon therapy.

RIBASPHERE®
(ribavirin, USP) TABLETS
200 mg, 400 mg, and 600 mg
RIBASPHERE® (Ribavirin tablets) is FDA approved in combination with peginterferon alfa-2a is indicated for the treatment of adults with chronic hepatitis C virus infection who have compensated liver disease and have not been previously treated with interferon alpha. Patients in whom efficacy was demonstrated included patients with compensated liver disease and histological evidence of cirrhosis (Child-Pugh class A).
